Thank you for visiting and shopping at Restoration Orchard.

SHIPPING

To ensure the freshest, ripest fruit, we reserve the right to hold shipments as needed and base this decision on our harvesting schedule, ripeness, variety availability, weather and other unavoidable conditions.

We ship Monday-Wednesday via UPS to get your fresh picked apples to you, friends and family. While we do not require a signature for delivery, our shipping carriers may require signatures for certain types of deliveries, including those to apartments or offices.  Shipping to PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses is currently not available.

Because apples are perishable, a correct address is imperative. Delays due to invalid or incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the buyer, although we do our best to ensure the product arrives as intended. We are not responsible for delays due to signature requirements or failed delivery attempts.  


We currently do not ship internationally or off the mainland (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.).  Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to California at this time.

ORDERING

Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday to minimize shipping times.  Orders received Thursday - Sunday will be shipped Monday.

TRACKING

Once a label is created for your order, a tracking number will be provided to you via email.

POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, or we’ll make it right by replacing any damaged apples with a new box at no charge, or refund your purchase in full. If shipment is on its way and an address change is required, a fee of $20 plus any additional shipping will be charged.

PRODUCT QUALITY

We strive to pick the highest quality New England Orchard Apples by hand, pack them in the safest possible shipping box and deliver them as quickly as possible. There are factors beyond our control once they leave our orchard.  In the event the apples you receive are not high quality, please let us know immediately as we want to make it right, and we want you to have a great experience working with us. We will replace any damaged apples with a new box at no charge, or refund your purchase in full.
